Gagasi Fm

Tuesday, 28 May 2013

I was on Gagasi Fm every Tuesday, for approximately 9 months, with DJ Zookey on her ‘Tea Time to Lunch Time’ programme until they changed the format.

As a result of an article on Criticism, in Vroue Keur (see article), I was invited to do an interview for Radio Namakwaland on 17 April 2013.  The programme was called 'Ouerskap in Praktyk' (Parenting in Practice).

Radio Namakwaland is a community radio station based in the Northern Cape, South Africa. The listeners are Afrikaans speaking, and so the interviewer asked me the questions in Afrikaans, but because I do not speak Afrikaans fluently I answered her in English. (To help you understand what I am answering, I have wriiten down the questions in English. Read them as you listen).

I was invited to do an interview which aired on SAFM’s* 'Talk Shop' programme on 22 February 2013. The interviewer was Khanyi Magubane. The interview was about 'Tea With Claire'.

* SAFM is based in South Africa, and the programme is broadcast nationally.

I was invited to do an interview which aired on SAFM’s* 'Otherwise' programme on 31 August 2012.

The interview was about my new concept 'Tea With Claire' – specifically the first talk of the series - 'The Art of Conversation'.

* SAFM is based in South Africa, and the programme is broadcast nationally.

I was invited to do an interview for SAfm on 14th March 2011. The programme was called 'Otherwise'.

SAFM is based in South Africa and the programme is broadcast throughout South Africa. The Professional Speakers Association Showcase, referred to in the interview, took place on 24 March 2011.

Radio Namakwaland - Burnout

Monday, 26 April 2010

As a result of an article on Burnout, in Vroue Keur (see article), I was invited to do an interview for Radio Namakwaland on 2nd November 2009.  The programme was called "Hoe Nou Gemaak?" ("What do I do now?"). The interview was so well received that it was rebroacast twice.

Radio Namakwaland is a community radio station based in the Northern Cape, South Africa. The listeners are Afrikaans speaking, and so the interviewer asked me the questions in Afrikaans, but because I do not speak Afrikaans fluently I answered him in English. (To help you understand what I am answering, I have written down the questions in English. Read them as you listen).
