	Hi Visitor I am thrilled to announce that I am adding online counselling and coaching to my existing services. Over the last couple of years I have done online counselling on request with clients living in Australia, England and Thailand, and these have worked very successfully. Having seen the value of this approach, I decided to formalise my online work and make it more widely available. What is it? Online counselling and coaching is a service that offers counselling, psychotherapy or life-coaching via the internet. Clients will now be able to communicate with me using Skype, WhatsApp or telephone, without even having to go anywhere! Read more on my website. Why use it? People have commented: “I really wish you could see my mother, Claire, but she lives in Pietermaritzburg and is unable to drive.” Or “I would really like to do couples counselling, but my husband works with the mines and is away for a lot of the time.” Or “Claire, from your website you look like just the person I need to talk to, but I live in Namibia.” So, online counselling and coaching is especially useful for those who: Are too busy to commute to a therapist's office Need continuity for their sessions even though they are ‘on the move’/travelling Have difficulty gaining access to a face-to-face therapist or coach because of mobility issues Have difficulty finding a therapist or coach who speaks English and understands their background (e.g. people living in foreign countries) Want couples counselling, although they are separated geographically (live in different towns or countries) Especially want privacy with no explanations about why they are leaving the office, or where they are going.
