Over the course of my career, I have often been asked by journalists to give my expert opinion on a variety of topics, including executive burnout, assertiveness at work, and stress. I always welcome these opportunities, as it gives me the chance to touch the lives of a greater number of people than I can usually reach with one-on-one counselling, or small group training. Although I may never meet the people who read these articles and who are hopefully helped by my expertise, the knowledge that I have, in some way, bettered someone’s life is immensely gratifying.
I feel sure that when you read these articles (see below), you too will find them helpful and inspiring.

Radio Interview for Radio Namaqualand
As a result of an article on Burnout, in Vroue Keur (see article), I was invited to do an interview for Radio Namaqualand on 2nd November 2009. The programme was called "Hoe Nou Gemaak?" ("What do I do now?"). The interview was so well received that it was rebroacast twice.
Radio Namaqualand is a community radio station based in the Northern Cape, South Africa. The listeners are Afrikaans speaking, and so the interviewer asked me the questions in Afrikaans, but I answered him in English. (To help you understand what I am answering, I have wriiten down the questions in English. Read them as you listen).
