As a Yacht Captain and Project Manager I have experienced how difficult and challanging it can be to lead a team in achieving success in complex and sometimes stressful situations. Working with Claire I have come to appreciate her insight and understanding of basic human behavior. She has given me many usefull tips and tools to motivate, challange and successfully lead my team in accomplishing these challanges. Not to mention her style, class, and compassion for all.
